Kicking off in August, Rush Soccer and The Coaching Manual today announced a partnership to provide our coaches with constant, user friendly, and engaging access to The Rush Way, as well as external top quality coaching education and developmental content. The Coaching Manual is a resource for soccer coaches who want to improve their understanding of coaching through practical sessions, guides, articles, podcasts, and other content, to accelerate the development of their players by creating a first-class soccer learning environment.

“This exciting new partnership with The Coaching Manual will satisfy two of the main objectives of the Coach Development Department,” said Rush Soccer Sporting Project & Coach Development director Pablo Toledo. “Every Rush coach will have free access to The Rush Coaching Manual tool, a fully customized version of The Coaching Manual, where the Rush Way will be complemented by TCM’s learning material. Through this program’s digital content and exclusive mobile app, Rush Soccer coaches will be able to instantly utilize and participate in interactive sessions, activities, podcasts, webinars, and articles categorized by phase of the game and age group.”

The Coaching Manual is the perfect resource for coaches aiming to improve their understanding of coaching by creating a first-class learning environment for their players. The online platform hosts thousands of broadcast-quality video practices organized into sessions, delivered by some of the biggest names in coaching. Trusted by teams and coaches in Major League Soccer, the English Premier League and clubs around the world, The Coaching Manual offers tailored plans to suit every coach at every level.

"We are delighted to be working with Rush Soccer and to be able to provide their coaches with a resource that enables them to take their teams forward,” said TCM founder Chris Barton. “We're really excited to see what they do with the platform and The Coaching Manual will be here to support them on their journey."
